• Remark: Adm. Linda L. Fagan, Commandant of the USCG leaving Quito as C102 on its way to KDCA after a meeting with Adm. Jaime Vela Erazo, head of the Ecuadorian Armed Forces. Adm. Fagan came to discuss mutual cooperation in combatting illegal narcotics trade, arms trafficking, and illegal fishing. This Gulfstream, which has came at least two times to UIO in the past, arrived the day before without we even notice it even though we were there. Thankfully I managed to get a shot of it leaving the next day.
